Encore Productions provided all show media for DalTile's 2019 Sales Conference, held at the Aria Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. I served as the Show Media Creative Director, overseeing production of 350 video and motion graphic deliverables, and managing onsite changes during the five-day show. Completion of this project consisted of nearly 850 hours of work, 4 team crew members, 16 freelance creative crew, 2 location shoots, and 4 remote voice over sessions. The show involved massive projection, 9720px X 1080px, driven by a D3 Disguise Server. Lightforge Studios in Las Vegas, NV assisted with all shot content.
