I am continually searching for ways to let my camera alter the way that I view the world. These are "impossible" images - vantages and landscapes unobtainable by our eyes. These images have all been created in a single capture - true live double exposures. A clean double exposure is obtained by replacing and removing the lens cap or a shroud and physically moving the camera. Some shots are simple pan and tilt movements, others involve moving the entire rig over various distances. It's a very organic process, with a high margin of error before a shot is what you envisioned.
