Mondays Dark kicked off our tenth anniversary by taking over the Pearl Concert Theater stage at the Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. A stellar collection of local and worldwide celebrity artists performed, helping the organization raise substantial funds for the 2024 operating year. Two thousand attendees celebrated with us.
The technical activation set-up was completed in under eight hours, including all soundchecks, pyro tests, and cue-to-cue rehearsals. The video team consisted of two stationary camera ops, an HH camera op, a Jib op, three graphics/playback ops, a house TD, a stream TD, and myself as the video director. This broadcast received a Gold Telly Award in 2024.
